Although the specific specifications of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra are not listed on the Ministry’s website, it is confirmed that the device will support 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. It is also rumored that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have a battery capacity similar to last year’s Xiaomi 12S Ultra, which is around 4,860mAh. Rumors suggest that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will feature a 6.73-inch E6 AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 16GB LPDDR5x RAM, and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. The front camera is expected to be a 32MP sensor, while the rear camera system will feature a 50MP Sony IMX989 1-inch CMOS sensor that has been tuned by Leica, along with an ultra-wide, telephoto, and periscope-style zoom lens.
