According to reports, Xiaomi is said to hold a launch event in April to announce its flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi Pad 6, and 6 Pro. Before the official announcement, a device with the model number 2304FPN6DC was spotted on China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology certification website, which is believed to be the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
Although the specific specifications of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra are not listed on the Ministry’s website, it is confirmed that the device will support 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. It is also rumored that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have a battery capacity similar to last year’s Xiaomi 12S Ultra, which is around 4,860mAh. In addition to being certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the same device model number also received certification from China’s 3C agency, indicating that the device will be launched soon.
Rumors suggest that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will feature a 6.73-inch E6 AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 16GB LPDDR5x RAM, and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. The front camera is expected to be a 32MP sensor, while the rear camera system will feature a 50MP Sony IMX989 1-inch CMOS sensor that has been tuned by Leica, along with an ultra-wide, telephoto, and periscope-style zoom lens.
