The new Honor X9a 5G is confirmed to be launched in Malaysia on January 4th. This international version of the 5G mobile phone will not only be launched in the Asian market but also in the Middle East. There were earlier rumors that the Honor X9a 5G will be a renamed version of the Honor X40, but now the official specifications have been exposed, confirming that the configuration of the Honor X9a 5G is different from that of the X40.
Honor X9a 5G is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400, supports 120Hz refresh rate, under-screen fingerprint recognition, and 10-bit color depth. Honor X9a 5G will use Snapdragon 695 processor, paired with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage, preloaded with Android 12-based Magic UI 6.1 interface, built-in 5,100mAh battery supports 40W fast charging.
The Honor X9a 5G has a body size of 161.6 x 73.9 x 7.9mm, 175g body weight, and a front-facing 16MP selfie lens. The primary camera setup consists of a 64MP with an F/1.8 aperture, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth-of-field lens. Other features include 5G dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, etc. The colors are black, silver, and green, and the price will be announced next week.
